These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and fb4444 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://fb4444.vip and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the fb4444 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions without reservation. • "Turnover Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
• All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and current. fb4444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited.

• fb4444 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a Player has violated any term of this Agreement.

As part of the KYC process, fb4444 may require Players to submit identity documentation — including but not limited to a copy of a national identification card, passport, or driving licence — and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

fb4444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. fb4444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits are generally credited to a Player's Account in real time following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. fb4444 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.
• fb4444 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside fb4444's control.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below:

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the deposit. fb4444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the Player's Account must have completed the KYC verification process. Accounts that have not submitted satisfactory identity documentation may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Turnover Requirements have been satisfied in full.
• fb4444 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval for standard transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.
• fb4444 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

From time to time, fb4444 may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to Turnover Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states a different requirement, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and will be applied to wagers after real-money Balance has been depleted, unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of the applicable Turnover Requirement.
• fb4444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or remove a bonus from a Player's Account if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, pattern betting designed to exploit bonus terms, or any form of collusion.
• Players may opt out of bonus offers at any time by contacting the support team. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has commenced, it cannot be reversed.
• Promotions are intended for recreational Players only. fb4444 reserves the right to restrict a Player's eligibility for promotions at its sole discretion.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the fb4444 platform. Specific game rules and sports-betting rules may be found in the relevant help sections within the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fb4444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except in circumstances where an obvious error in odds or game presentation has occurred, as determined by fb4444 in its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet settlement, fb4444 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to Players' Accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb4444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, and forfeiture of all Balances and pending winnings:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or misuse of payment systems in connection with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening fb4444 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

fb4444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb4444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

fb4444 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform, as indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
